As a plant-based chef* (embracing all eating preferences- from vegans to carnivores and everyone in between!) with a big appetite for delicious, wholesome, homemade, locally grown food, I have spent many years exploring the connection between food, well-being, community, and the planet. From co-owning Pomegranate Café, a beloved organic, plant-based eatery, to working as a holistic private chef creating culinary nutrition plans & preparing nourishing meals for individuals with various chronic health conditions to teaching hands-on cooking classes with children of all ages & abilities, I have witnessed the transformative power of whole foods.
I have always been hungry for more—more flavors, more color, more creative & delicious ways to nourish our bodies and care for the Earth. Receive a step-by-step blueprint & habit-building strategy that aligns perfectly with your preferences and goals.
Recipes & Meal Plans for Whole Health
I will create a custom cookbook just for you filled with vibrant plant-based recipes featuring your superfoods specifically designed to cultivate your whole health & well-being. This cookbook goes beyond just recipes—it includes a pantry makeover, meal guides, grocery tips, ingredient highlights, affirmations, and daily habits, all tailored to support your unique wellness needs.
Weekly Sessions (30 – 45 minutes)
In our weekly sessions, we will check in on your progress, build your personalized cookbook, and enhance your culinary nutrition skills. We will also address challenges, celebrate your successes, and adjust your plan to keep you moving forward.
Unlimited Support & Accountability
You will have unlimited support between sessions—reach out whenever you need guidance, recipe tips, motivation, or just a little extra accountability.
