While I emphasize a plant-centered approach, you don’t need to be vegan or plant-based to work with me. I do not focus on food restriction, fad diets, calorie counting, or anything that makes you feel bad about your food choices. Wherever you are on your health journey, I am here to support you.

  • Individualized nutrition coaching based on your health challenges, wellness goals and current eating habits. Starting with your life vision, we will work together to develop a plan to meet your personal goals for optimal health.

    I offer 6-week and 12-week Whole Health Packages. All packages include:

    o   Initial Consultation (75 minutes) to begin your wellness journey by exploring your challenges, goals, values, and lifestyle. Together, we will create the foundation for a personalized nutrition and lifestyle plan that is customized for you.

    o   Personalized Nutrition Plan that fits within your lifestyle.

    o   Pantry Makeover to remove food that's not serving you and stock up on healthy staples that make it easy to prepare delicious, nutrient-dense meals in minutes.

    o   Whole Health Cookbook filled with plant-based recipes, cooking tips, meal plans, grocery shopping lists, recommendations for eating out, and more ~ created just for YOU!

    o   Weekly Sessions (30 – 45 minutes) where we will check in on your progress, build your personalized cookbook, and enhance your culinary nutrition skills. We will also address challenges, celebrate your successes, and adjust your plan to keep you moving forward. *Includes hands-on cooking lessons & recipe demonstrations as needed.

    o   Unlimited Support & Accountability with unlimited access to me between sessions for recipe tips, questions, motivation, and guidance as you implement your plan at home.

    o   Comprehensive Testing (Optional) in collaboration with Dr. Akerson, helping you uncover and address any underlying deficiencies or health issues.

  • This package is designed to support your family's unique health needs and goals, with a focus on making nutrition fun, accessible, and delicious for every person. Together we will create an environment where everyone can thrive with nourishing meals, hands-on cooking experiences, and empowering education delivered at an age-appropriate level.

    o   In-Home Kitchen Makeover: We will go through your cabinets, refrigerator & freezer and ditch the food that's not serving your family’s health. You will receive guidance on ingredient selection, storage tips, and how to make better food choices while grocery shopping.

    o   Recipes & Meal Plans: We will create a custom cookbook filled with tasty plant-based recipes featuring your family’s favorite foods and flavors. Designed to cultivate everyone’s whole health & well-being.

    o   Hands-On Cooking Lessons: These lessons are customized to meet your family’s taste preferences, with tips on making meals more appealing for picky eaters, incorporating new ingredients, and building a love for home-cooked meals.

    o   Weekly Sessions (45 minutes): We will meet weekly to track your family’s progress, review challenges, celebrate successes, and make adjustments to the nutrition plan as needed.
